Rancho Cecilia is located on 2.5 manzanas which is a bit over 3 acres. We are nestled in the jungle close to Playa Maderas and Playa Marsella, and about 7 kilometers from the town of San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. The four homes are: The Surf Lodge, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath 1600 square feet, large deck with views of the bay of Playa Marsella. Casita del Bosque 1 bedroom, 1 bath 400 square feet, full kitchen, wrap around patio. Jungle Cabanas- our duplex unit with large patio deck Cabana El Verde, studio unit, 1 bath, 400 square feet, kitchenette. Cabana La Morada, studio unit, 1 bath, 400 square feet, kitchenette. (All homes will be sold fully furnished except the Surf Lodge which will be mostly furnished after owners move personal items) Garage/storage building 800 square feet The electrical system: The property is not hooked to conventional electricity, all homes are on solar. The Casita and the Cabanas have their own solar system with panels and batteries. The Surf Lodge has its own solar system with panels and batteries and also has a wind generator. There is a private well, 150 feet deep and three water storage tanks.
